River Forest, IL - The Department of Athletics announced on Tuesday that three members of the department have received promotions.

Mark White was promoted to the position of Associate Director of Athletics while Jeff Halsema and Ken Trendel were promoted to the position of Assistant to the Directors of Athletics.

"I'm proud to have these three on our staff," said Erick Baumann, Director of Athletics at Dominican University. "Their on-going contributions during their respective tenures have aided in the growth and improving success of the department."

White has served as the Assistant Director of the Athletics for two academic years and will continue to serve as the university's Compliance Coordinator and Head Men's Basketball Coach. Halsema has been employed by Dominican full-time for two years and will continue to serve as the Athletics Facilities Manager and Head Women's Soccer Coach while Trendel will remain as the university's Sports Information Director, a position he has held for five years.
