Alex Rowley returns to the Dominican University men's soccer roster after competing with the team as a freshman in 2005. During that season, Rowley appeared in 17 games, starting 13 games, and logged three goals and seven assists.

At Adlai E. Stevenson High School, Rowley helped the boys' soccer team capture a conference championship in 2005. For his efforts, he was named to the 2005 IHSA All-State First Team and the Daily Herald All-Area Team. Rowley earned three varsity letters with the soccer team.
