River Forest, Ill. - The Dominican University Department of Athletics received word on Monday morning that the Stars' men's soccer program was selected to host the First and Second Rounds of the 2009 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championships. The Stars captured their eighth straight bid to the NCAA Division III National Tournament on Saturday with a 1-0 win over the MSOE Raiders in the Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) Tournament Finals. The Stars have drawn the Elmhurst College Blue Jays for their first round opponent on Saturday, November 14th, with the winner advancing to meet the winner of St. Olaf and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Sunday.
