River Forest, IL - The college men's soccer coaches of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has named Dominican University's Matt Kochanowski (Arlington Heights, IL) to the 2008 NSCAA/adidas Men's College Scholar All-America College Division First Team. The honor caps a decorated career for the Stars' 5'10" senior forward.

Kochanowski, majoring in Business Administration at Dominican University, maintained a minimum 3.30 cumulative grade point average throughout his collegiate academic career while leading Dominican to four conference championships and four appearances in the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer National Tournament including a run to the Elite Eight in 2006.

For his career, Kochanowski totaled 191 points on 72 goals and 47 assists. He has been named to the NSCAA All-Region Team four times, including three appearances on the First Team, and was named to the NSCAA All-America Third Team in 2007.
