Rosio Curiel received honorable mention for the 2006 Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) All-Conference Team as a freshman and was named to the NAC All-Rookie Team. She started all 19 games for the Stars, contributing on the NAC's top-ranked defense that posted a 0.77 goals against average on the season. At Wheeling High School, Curiel was a member of the Honor Society and was a team captain for the Wheeling girls' soccer team in 2005.
