Rogers and Budz Lead Four Stars With Post Season NAC Softball Honors
Junior Carolyn Rogers (Moline, IL) and freshman Sarah Budz (Orland Park, IL) were named to the 2009 Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) Softball All-Conference First Team, leading four players from Dominican University to garner postseason honors from the conference in softball. Joining Rogers and Budz were Abbey Bullerdick (New Market, IN) and Jori Cicale (Steger, IL) who were named to the All-Conference 2nd Team and All-Conference Honorable Mention respectively. [+]

Softball's Lukas Named NAC Softball Coach Of The Year
The Northern Athletics Conference (NAC) announced the postseason softball awards on Monday with Dominican University's Cristina Lukas claiming the conference's Coach of the Year honor. Lukas led the Stars to a 30-14 mark overall and a fourth place finish in the conference with a 16-8 record after posting a 14-23 mark one year ago and a tenth place finish in the NAC. [+] 5/5/09
